If you don’t already make your way over Trader Joe’s twice a week, you will be when you start making this toast. If you know your way around an egg, and want more of a savory option, this one’s for you. Taking the same Trader Joe’s ezekiel bread, pop it in the toaster until it’s nice and crispy. Meanwhile, make yourself an omelet with any ingredients your heart desires. Once those are done cooking, add some smashed avocado to your toast, layer some arugula on top of that, and finish it off with your warm omelet and cheese. This will keep you satisfied for the rest of your Zoom classes no doubt about it!

We’re still in the fall mood right? This toast combines all of the typical autumn goodies! Grab that delicious ezekiel bread from Trader Joe’s and pop it in the toaster one last time. Smear your favorite peanut butter on your toast and slice up some apples to top it off. Add granola, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and honey if you’re feelin’ extra sweet. We LOVE the fall vibes!

One more savory option for my savory peeps! This is a classic breakfast that I make every… single… week. This time we’re using sourdough bread so pop that baby in the toaster and mash up a ripe avocado! For your fried egg, oil a pan and simply crack the egg in the center of the pan. After about two minutes ( or until the bottom side of your egg is lightly browned) gently flip the egg over so the yolk side is face down. Wait another one to two minutes and then it’s ready to be placed on top of your beautiful avocado toast. Sprinkle some cracked lemon pepper on top and let that yolk run free
