As this is a “photo essay” I reckon I will keep the text to a minimum. COVID-19 has hit anywhere and everywhere leading to an abrupt stop to the economy and mass quarantine in the United States. To everyone at Santa Clara: this virus is not a joke and you really should consider whether it is a good idea to come back to California at all for this quarter. Trust me, I understand the pain as I am a senior who will not be returning at all so I urge you to look forward to the next years you have instead of putting everyone at risk of a second hit of COVID. It wasn’t exactly pretty walking around downtown with little to nobody around on a Friday afternoon and these photos definitely set the mood.
