Seasonal Playlist: Fall 2021

After about 10 years of making seasonal playlists, I've come to the conclusion that fall is by far the most difficult season to soundtrack. Summer and winter are simple—warm pop songs and cold glitch/IDM fill up a playlist quickly, while spring songs are anything that could be described as 'pastoral'. Fall is a bit more subdued and introspective, songs should be organic and enveloping, but there's an undefinable feel which makes something right for this time of year.

Most of these songs are taken from older fall playlists I've made, rearranged to work a bit better as a sequenced mix (imagine it's a tape). Some are new favorites as well ('DASH SNOW', 'Love Stepping Out').
